Ljiljana Rogač Mijatović, Ph.D., Senior Research Associate, Deputy Director
Ljiljana Rogač Mijatović graduated in 2005 at the Department for Theater and Radio Production of the Faculty of Dramatic Arts. She obtained her magister degree from the University of Arts in Belgrade in 2007, and Ph.D. in 2012, and acquired the scientific title in the field of culture studies. As a Senior Research Associate, she has being teaching at M.A. and Ph.D. studies in the field of management in culture and cultural politics since 2017. Ljiljana has published numerous scientific papers and a book under title ‘Cultural Diplomacy and Identity of Serbia’. She acquired professional experience at the University in Amsterdam, Basque State University and through the German Commission for UNESCO programs. She was also employed as a production manager by several cultural institutes in the city and for international events, and as a PR advisor with the National Tourism Organization of Serbia. Furthermore, she was the chairperson of the Supervisory Board of the Cultural Centre of Belgrade and a member of task forces for the culture in towns and municipalities in Serbia. Ljiljana was awarded a Silver Plaque of the University of Arts in Belgrade for the significant and creative contribution to the development of the Faculty of Dramatic Arts.

She graduated from the Faculty of Dramatic Arts, Department of Theater and Radio Production. She obtained her magister degree from the Faculty of Dramatic Arts (Theatrology Department) in 2004.

She graduated from the Faculty of Dramatic Arts and obtained her magister degree from the University of Arts. A Ph.D. candidate at the Faculty of Dramatic Arts (in the field of Culture Theory).
mr Ksenija Marković Božović, Independent Expert Associate for International Cooperation
She graduated in 2005 and obtained her magister degree in 2010 from the Faculty of Applied Arts in Belgrade. In 2018, Ksenija obtained her Ph.D. from the Faculty of Dramatic Arts of the University of Arts in Belgrade in the field of management in the culture and arts.
During her undergraduate and magister studies, and afterwards, she dealt with applied arts in the field of fashion and stage design, while in 2011, she redirected her professional interests towards scientific and research work in the field of culture. Ksenija is one of the founders of designers’ association ‘BFW Dizajn Kolektiv’ where she is involved in organizing educational programs, planning and implementing joint projects of the Association members and coordinating the Fashion Incubator program focused on promotion and development of young talents.
As a researcher, she attended and exhibited her work in different scientific and professional gatherings in the field of culture, cultural politics and management in culture, theater management, politics of memory, sustainable development, and cultural and creative industries. In her scientific and research work, she is particularly devoted to the theater management and theater policy, performance arts, and creative industries. From 2012 to 2016, she was a member of the University of Arts in Belgrade team within the international project TEMPUS– ScenTec, and as a part of the FDA team, she is currently engaged in the COST action New Exploratory Phase in Research on East European Cultures of Dissent - NEP4DISSENT.
