The FDA will participate in rebranding the cultural institutions in the Western Balkans

As of this year, the Faculty of Dramatic Arts is participating in the project "ReCulture: Re-branding of Cultural Institutions in the Western Balkans" together with partners from Austria, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro and France. This project is supported by the new scheme of the Creative Europe program, aiming to foster cultural cooperation in the Western Balkans.

In the next four years, the ReCulture project will establish a basis for better visibility and improved appearance of cultural institutions in the Western Balkans through: strategic development of cultural and artistic program of selected institutions, introduction of best European communication and audience development practices, as well as designing a new visual identity for these institutions together with a group of young graphic designers. The particular contribution of this project to the development of the cultural sector in our region is reflected in the promotion of new approaches to audience development and testing of new revenue models in culture.

The team of the Faculty of Dramatic Arts will be involved in strategic analyzes of the work of selected cultural institutions, including the Pavle Beljanski Memorial Collection in Novi Sad, the Museum of Contemporary Art of Republika Srpska in Banja Luka, the Cultural Center in Trebinje and the Art Colony in Danilovgrad. Also, the FDA will work on designing and disseminating a set of recommendations for cultural institutions and artists who would further implement the idea of this project.
