Dr Milena Dragićević Šešić, profesorka emerita Univerziteta umetnosti u Beogradu. Rektor Univerziteta umetnosti (2001 – 2004), šef UNESKO katedre za interkulturalizam, menadžment umetnosti i medijaciju na Balkanu (2004-2019). U više navrata bila direktorka Instituta za pozorište, film, radio i televiziju Fakulteta dramskih umetnosti; šef katedre za Menadžment i produkciju pozorišta, radija i kulture Fakulteta dramskih umetnosti. Članica Nacionalnog saveta za nauku (2006 – 2010), članica Nacionalne komisije Republike Srbije za UNESKO (2012 – do danas). Članica izvršnih odbora brojnih međunarodnih organizacija: European Diploma in Cultural Project Management (Brisel) & EQ-Arts, Amsterdam; bila članica izvršnih odbora Evropske mreže fakulteta za kulturnu politiku i menadžment (1992-1997), Interuniverzitetskog centra u Dubrovniku, IUC (2006-2016) i Evropske lige fakulteta umetnosti ELIA.

Gost predavač na univerzitetima širom sveta - Warwick University, City University London; Lyon II; ENSATT Lyon; I.E.P. Grenoble; Ecole de Commerce and BSB Dijon; Paris VIII; Columbia university; Buffalo university; NYU; Jyvaskyla & Helsinki; Hildesheim; Heilbron university; Iagielonian Krakow; Gdansk; umetničke akademije u Brnu, Vilnjusu, Talinu, Rigi; CEU Budapest, Moscow School of Social and Economic Sciences, Lasalle College Singapore... Ekspert Saveta Evrope, UNESKO-a (članica ekspertske grupe za primenu Konvencije 2005), Evropske kulturne fondacije, Švajcarske fondacije Pro Helvetia, Britanskog saveta, te Dun fondacije (Amsterdam). Predsednica žirija Evropske nagrade za kulturnu politiku (2006-2012). Objavila kao autorka, urednica i kourednica 20 knjiga i preko 250 tekstova. Prevođena na 19 jezika.

Realizovala je više od 50 projekata u domenu kulturne politike i kulturnog razvoja, u Evropi, a posebno na Balkanu, Kavkazu, u arapskim zemljama, te zemljama srednje Azije sve do Indije i Kambodže, a 2021. radi aktivno projekte u Tajlandu i Maliju.  Dobitnica francuskog ordena Komandira Akademske palme 2003. Velike zlatne plakete sa poveljom Sreten Stojanović i Velike plakete Univerziteta umetnosti 2004. i 2019, te prva dobitnica ENCATC fellowship nagrade za životno delo u domenu kulturne politike i menadžmenta.

Na Univerzitetu umetnosti u Beogradu izvela je 33 doktoranda, a bila je komentor i član komisija za odbranu doktorata na šest inostranih univerziteta (Vorik, Univerzitet Južne Australije, Bergamo, Juvaskula, Grenobl, Vilnjus).
